Ps4 ffxiv unable to download patch files

Hey all! I don't know what is wrong with my computer but I am having frequent issues downloading patch files. I checked my firewall settings but its not helping me a lot. Could anyone please help me out on this?

The download stops at around 1045-1050mb of 15078 and gives the " Unable to download patch files ,," which I assume is the last part of this process.
